The much awaited Carnival of Delhi Public School, DPS Jalsa 2023 was held on 4th and 5th of November 2023 in the school premises keeping afloat the spirit of the school motto ‘Service before Self.’

The celebrations commenced with a traditional welcome accorded to Chief Guests and Members, Board of Management by the drummers of the Dollu Kunitha. The students of Sneha Kiran, the spastic society, presented an enthralling dance performance. On both the days the school grounds pulsated with scintillating music and dance performances by the students from Grade I to XII. The event also included street play, flash mob, mime, the school band, and a live performance by the famous band Mannath were added attractions for a lively crowd. The carnival had something in store for everybody, be it children or adults. The stalls put up by students and parents showcasing their artistic and creative abilities through a variety of eco-friendly
products were indeed a crowd puller. A very special segment catering to the interest of the kids included a variety of rides like the giant wheel, columbus, joker wheel and mini roller coaster and games included cricket machine, dog and bone, archery, etc. An array of edible delights and exciting prizes ensured an
unforgettable time with near and dear ones. With the zest and zeal exhibited by an enthusiastic crowd of visitors and participants was another feather in the cap for Delhi Public School, Mysore. The bright faces and happy smiles were ample proof that DPS JALSA 2023 was a grand success.
