Karnataka State Open FIDE Rated Championship 2025
Lakshit of Grade 4 has displayed outstanding skill and consistency in chess by securing notable positions in multiple tournaments. At the Karnataka State Open FIDE Rated Championship 2025, he achieved an impressive 2nd place in the Under-9 category. In addition, he showcased his talent in a One-Day Chess Tournament, where he competed in the Under-10 category and secured the 3rd Prize. Lakshit’s focus, strategic thinking and dedication to the game are truly commendable
State Level Skating Competition
Mihal of Class 2, has excelled at the State Level Skating Competition organized by the Karnataka Roller Skating Association. He displayed exceptional talent and determination, winning the Gold Medal in the 1-lap race and the Bronze Medal in the 2-lap race. His remarkable performance at such a young age is truly commendable and serves as an inspiration to his peers.
Defence Services Academician Scholarship – SOF
Parikshit Nainwal, of Grade IV student has been awarded the Defence Services Academician Scholarship (DSAS) by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) for the academic year 2024-25. Recognizing his academic excellence, Parikshit has received a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/- along with a merit certificate. The DSAS, aimed at academically talented students from Defence Services/Internal Security families in Grades I to X, highlights Parikshit exceptional achievement and commitment to excellence

Alina Asad of Grade 4 at DPS Mysore brought laurels to the school by winning a gold medal in the Khelo India Women’s Wushu League, held in Vijayanagar, Mysore on the 15th and 16th February 2025. Competing in a higher weight category against older opponents, she displayed outstanding skill and unwavering determination. Undeterred by the challenge, she fought her way through four intense matches to reach the finals, proving her strength and resilience on the grand stage. Her remarkable victory earned her a gold medal along with a cash prize of ₹5,000. The event was organized by AMISTA Wushu Organization with great enthusiasm, providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their talent.

Our 5 students participated in the shooting competition at Arjun Shooting Academy in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.We’re proud to announce that Abhinav Grade 9 won a Silver Medal in the Rifle Shooting event, while Nihal Nawaz secured a Bronze Medal in the same event in different category.This achievement is remarkable, considering they had only short time ( 19) practice sessions before the competition.
What’s more impressive is that they competed against over 250 students and emerged victorious! We’re beaming with pride.
